The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was established as a faculty affiliated with Tarsus University under Law No. 7141, the “Law Amending the Higher Education Law and Certain Laws and Decree-Laws”, published in the Official Gazette No. 30425 dated 18 May 2018.

The Faculty currently comprises the Department of Political Science and Public Administration and the Department of Management Information Systems, both of which began admitting students in the 2020–2021 academic year.
